Makeup and Munchies
wake, beat, bake
Hello!!!
I hope everyone is doing well! For this week's post, I'm going to go over a few products I regret buying and tell you why I regret buying them. Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bon Palette: It's not that this palette is necessarily bad, but compared to other palettes that I own, it's not the best. The pigmentation is not consistent in all the shades, and when using them on the eyes, they are extremely patchy and require me to go over the same area a handful of times. Also, when swatching them, they are extremely chalky feeling. Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation: This foundation did absolutely nothing for me. No matter how hard I tried to blend it out nicely, it was cakey and made my face feel oily, which is strange because I have a pretty normal/combination skin type. Also, not to mention the smell of this foundation was honestly one of the worst smells I have ever experienced. ELF Blending Brushes: These brushes definitely did the job, but compared to other brushes that I have recently been using from Morphe and BH Cosmetics, they aren't nearly as good. Also, the brushes fall apart after like washing them three times, so the quality of the brushes isn't exactly there either. I hope this was helpful in y'all picking some of your makeup products that you want to try! Just because some of these products don't work for me doesn't mean they won't work for you. I hope you enjoyed! Mwah! -Shan :)
